With the Nurture Email Manager in MediaView you can set-up nurture campaigns to automatically send messages to people who perform a certain action, such as: open an email, click on a link or visit a web page on your site.

Let’s say you wanted to send an email to anyone who visited your website and they are due to renew their magazine subscription; below are the steps to set this up:

  1. Create a segment with the criteria for anyone whom you want to receive your nurture message. Using the above example, you would select anyone who has not re-qualified within your a specific time frame who has visited your website.
  2. Create a new Nurture Email Message. The message copy would be similar to one of your current re-qualification messages. Use the segment you just created in the Options/Schedule tab.
  3. Set the criteria for start date, end date, frequency and interval and then SAVE.

Once you save the message, the segment will be run at the start date/time specified in the message. It will then run at each interval until the end date. Anyone who is selected based on the segment criteria will get the message. Once the recipient has received this message, they will not receive it again.

The Nurture Manager dashboard will show you a cumulative total of all messages that have gone out since the start of the campaign.
