Helpful Fields For Your Nurture Email Campaigns

As most of our clients know from experience, using the Nurture Email Manager module in MediaView makes it easy to create automated campaigns for Welcome/Onboarding, New Subscriber, Requalification and Re-Engagement messages.

We’ve made it simpler for you by grouping the most commonly used behavior-driven fields into a category called Nurture/Behavior.

The Nurture/Behavior fields can be found in the same dropdown list as all of the other categories in Segment Manager.

Below is a screenshot of some of the fields available under the Nurture/Behavior category:

Here’s a sample of how you might use Nurture/Behavior fields in your automated campaigns:

  • Months Since Qualified: Identify which subscribers should receive a Nurture requalification effort.

  • Days Since Last Open: Identify those who are no longer engaging with your emails and prompt them to re-engage.

  • Days Since Date Added: Identify the appropriate time to send a welcome message or a cross-marketing promotion.
