Get Email Replies in the Right Hands
The MediaView team has been hard at work developing new features that will allow our users to better manage replies to their email campaigns. One of those features is the flexible “ReplyTo Email” field in Email Manager.
Maybe you’re sending an email about an upcoming conference that includes a meal and you’d like your customers to respond directly to your event manager about whether or not they’d like the chicken or vegetarian option. Simply enter the event manager’s address in the “ReplyTo Email” field and emails from the customers will go directly to them!
Want the responses to go to the “From” email address instead? Leave the “ReplyTo Email” field blank any recipient responses would simply go to the “From Email” address as they always have.
